We aim to bring you the best quality 925 Sterling Silver jewellery and take pride in the quality of our products and excellent value.

  • For hygiene reasons earrings may not be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
  • We do not offer a refund unless the item is faulty.
  • Ring sizes are clearly marked and cannot be refunded due to incorrect sizing. In case of incorrect size purchased the client can exchange at own shipping cost to and from Annabelle Jewellery.
  • All items are individually checked before shipment to ensure there are no manufacturing defects. However, sometimes we may miss something. If your item(s) are defective they may be returned within 7 daysof your order being delivered. A “Defective Product” is one which contains a material imperfection in the manufacture or design that renders the product less acceptable, useful or safe than reasonably expected, under the circumstances. If this is the case, we will gladly arrange collection via courier and send you a replacement at no cost to you.

 

Retuns and Refunds on plated Items:

925 Sterling Silver Yellowgold and Rosegold plated items will change colour over time with wear and tear and various other aspects. To make the color last longer we suggest you keep your Annabelle Jewellery pieces away from

  • water
  • dishwashing soap
  • lotion
  • perfume
  • hair products
  • jewellery cleaners
  • other harsh chemicals
  • Remove while exercising to avoid contact with sweat

 

Where stated, gold/rosegold plated is a coat of gold over 925 Sterling Silver. It is still subject to color loss. 925 Sterling Silver dipped into a bath of electroplating solution, with a lump of solid gold. When an electric current is applied, a thin layer of gold is deposited on the metal. Everyone’s skin type is different. Some people have strong reactions to rosegold & gold plating. It’s not our fault. No refunds or returns are given for this reason or the turning of your jewellery color caused by skins oils.

 

Your Annabelle Jewellery should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that items are delivered defective from Annabelle Jewellery and there is no clear damage to the item from the courier company, you will need to take pictures of your items within 24hours of receiving your goods. Pictures of your defective item will need to be sent to info@annabellejewllery.com. If the items are delivered defective, Annabelle Jewellery will refund you your full amount or replace the items that you ordered. If the items are not reported defective within 24 hours of receiving them, then we will not be able to refund or exchange  your order.
